Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a first route state acquisition unit (3) for acquiring route conditions of a planned movement route that is for a moving body and comprises a plurality of sections, a recommended operation definition unit (4) for defining the content of recommended operation information for a device provided in the moving body and the output point within the planned movement route at which to output the recommended operation information, a complexity determination unit (5) for determining the complexity of the route at the section including the defined output point using the static route conditions from among the planned movement route conditions and determining the complexity of other sections within the planned movement route if the complexity of the section is greater than or equal to a threshold, and a recommended operation determination unit (6) for determining the output point using the complexity determination results.
