Abstract:
In order to objectively understand the stress conditions of a user and prevent mental illness in the user, the present invention: acquires, via a network at a plurality of timings, biological gas information indicating the user's 1-dodecanol concentration acquired by a sensor that detects 1-dodecanol emitted from the skin surface of the user, along with time information corresponding to each instant of the plurality of timings; reads out information indicating an upper limit of a normal range for the 1-dodecanol per unit time period from memory in which information indicating the upper limit of the normal range is stored; determines, on the basis of the acquired biological gas information, a time period in which the user's concentration of 1-dodecanol exceeds the upper limit of the normal range; and outputs information indicating the determined time zone to an information terminal of the user.
