Abstract:

In order to objectively grasp the stress state of a user and to prevent mental illness of the user, biological gas information showing the benzothiazole concentration of the user as acquired by a sensor that detects benzothiazole released from the skin surface of the user is acquired at a plurality of timings, together with time information corresponding to each of the plurality of timings, via a network. Information representing the upper limit of a normal range of the concentration of benzothiazole per unit time period is read from a memory that stores the information representing the upper limit of the normal range. Time periods during which the benzothiazole concentration of the user exceeds the upper limit of the normal range are determined on the basis of the acquired biological gas information, and information showing the determined time periods is outputted to an information terminal of the user.
