Abstract:
The present invention provides an information query method and apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a fault code; uploading the obtained fault code to a cloud server through a dedicated fault code query channel; and receiving fault information that is delivered by the cloud server through the dedicated fault code query channel and that is corresponding to the fault code.
