Abstract:
 The present invention provides an information recording medium, etc., that is easy to form and is easy to read, even when obscured. In the present invention, an information recording medium (1a) is prepared by forming, upon a substrate (10), an infrared fluorescence layer (20) that is excited by excitation light consisting of infrared rays and emits infrared rays having a different peak wavelength from the excitation light, and forming image information (30) from a material that absorbs infrared light upon the infrared fluorescence layer (20). When reading the information recording medium (1a), the image information (30) is read in the following manner: the information recording medium (1a) is irradiated with excitation light by means of an infrared light emitting device (51); the infrared rays emitted from the infrared fluorescence layer (20) of the information recording medium (1a) traverse a filter (53) that blocks the peak wavelength of the excitation light and are received by an infrared camera (55); and an image of the image information (30) is captured.
