Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an information recording method, comprising: transmitting a request to a base station, wherein the request is used for acquiring one or more system messages; and recording information related to a request failure if at least one of the system messages is not acquired on the basis of the request. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, when a user equipment fails to request a system message, information related to the request failure is recorded and then may be sent to a base station when a communication connection with the base station is established or the communication connection with the base station is recovered, so that the base station may determine the cause of the failure of the user equipment to request the system message and then perform troubleshooting.
