Title:
INFORMATION REGENERATION DEVICE AND INFORMATION REGENERATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/140819
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The problem of the present invention is to obtain a method of removing the effect of crosstalk from a regenerative signal by artificially generating a crosstalk component taking into account the frequencies of an adjacent track and a regenerative track and/or the phase shift therebetween. The problem of the present invention can be solved by an information regeneration device which includes a delay unit for outputting a regenerative signal for an Nth track in the regeneration of an (N + 1)th track (N is a natural number greater than or equal to two), a first waveform generating unit for generating a crosstalk component for the (N+1)th track on the basis of a first interference quantity that is a crosstalk quantity from the (N+1)th track to the Nth track and a first error quantity that is a deviation between the (N+1)th track and the Nth track, a second waveform generating unit for generating a crosstalk component for an (N-1)th track on the basis of a second interference quantity that is a crosstalk quantity from the (N-1)th track to the Nth track and a second error quantity that is a deviation between the (N-1)th track and the Nth track, and a waveform calculating unit for subtracting from the output of said delay unit the output of said first waveform generating unit and the output of said second waveform generating unit.
