Abstract:
An information relay device (30) is provided with: a reception unit (300) for receiving information that includes identification information by which a toll road user can be specified and a usage fee of the toll road used by the user; a storage medium (310) in which there is stored a registration table in which the identification information and account information by which the payment means of the user can be specified are registered in advance in association with each other; a security communication unit (302) supplied by a service provider, the security communication unit generating encrypted information in which the account information associated with the identification information and the usage fee are encrypted; and a transmission unit (303) for transmitting the encrypted information to the service provider.
