Abstract:
An information security management system and an office machine using same. The office machine comprises an image capturing module, an image processing module, an output module and a transmission module. The image capturing module is used for capturing an image from a file to generate image data. The image processing module is coupled to the image capturing module and is used for encoding the image data so as to generate first encoded data. The output module is coupled to the image processing module and is used for printing second encoded data associated with the image data. Moreover, the transmission module is coupled to the image processing module and is used for transmitting one of the first encoded data and the second encoded data. The office machine deletes the first encoded data stored in a memory after transmitting the first encoded data, and deletes the second encoded data stored in the memory after transmitting and/or outputting the second encoded data.
