Abstract:
Disclosed are an information sending method and device. The method comprises: determining whether peer communication information of a peer user is obtained; when the peer communication information is obtained, generating a first friend addition prompt according to the peer communication information; and sending local communication information to the peer to enable the peer to generate a second friend addition prompt according to the local communication information, wherein the second friend addition prompt is used for prompting the peer user to add the local user as a friend. In this technical solution, when obtaining peer communication information of a peer user, a local end can automatically generate a first friend addition prompt according to the peer communication information and send local communication information to the peer end, so that the peer end also possesses the local communication information of the local user and then generates a second friend addition prompt according to the local communication information. In this way, both the local end and the peer end can actively add the other party as a friend, thereby avoiding the situation that two parties cannot become friends because the local user forgets to add the peer user as a friend when obtaining peer communication information of the peer user.
