Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to information sending method and receiving method, a device and a storage medium, belonging to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a first base station sends a system message list to a terminal in the cell; the terminal determines a first system message set dispatched by the first cell; and the terminal sends a first interest message to the first cell. In the related techniques, when the terminal does not need to receive certain system message, the base station still sends the system message to the terminal. In the present disclosure, the base station sends, based on the interest message sent by the terminal, the system message that the terminal is interested in receiving rather than the system message that the terminal is not interested in receiving, thereby reducing unnecessary signaling overheads.
