Abstract:

An information sending method, an information reception method, an uplink synchronization method, a data sending instruction method and a device, for use in resolving the technical problem of waste of transmission resources caused when a base station allocates the transmission resources to an RSU. The information reception method comprises: a second terminal receives, through a device-to-device (D2D) link, first information that is sent by a first terminal device and used by the first terminal device, a first transmission resource being a resource allocated by an access network device where the first terminal device is located to the first terminal device, for transmitting data on D2D links of the first terminal device and other terminal devices, or the first transmission resource being a resource pre-allocated to the first terminal device, for transmitting data on the D2D links of the first terminal device and other terminal devices; and the second terminal device determines, according to the first information, whether the first transmission resource is a transmission resource capable of being selected by the second terminal device.
