Abstract:
Disclosed are an information sending and receiving method and apparatus. The method comprises: an information receiving base station receives information reported by each terminal device served in a first cell, and distributes the information to each second base station to which each second cell belongs, the second cell and the first cell belonging to a same multicast-broadcast single-frequency network region; the base station that receives the distributed information and the first the base station send, in the first cell and the second cell, information to a specified terminal device on time and frequency resources corresponding to the multicast-broadcast single-frequency network region; the terminal device that receives the information sent by the base stations determines the corresponding multicast-broadcast single-frequency network region according to the time and frequency resources on which the information is received, and processes information according to a rule corresponding to the multicast-broadcast single-frequency network region. The present invention can satisfy particular delay requirements of some services.
