Abstract:

The objective of the present invention is to enable non-public information obtained from an individual or an organization to be shared via a network safely and reliably. When a terminal 1 among multiple terminals in a P2P network outputs a user information request to the network, the user information is encrypted with a public key forming a key pair with a secret key of the terminal 1, by a terminal 2 in which the user information has been encrypted before, and the terminal 1 is able to obtain the desired user information by using a secret key which the terminal itself manages to decrypt the encrypted data. The encrypted data of the user information that is output to the network is stored in completely the same form on each of the multiple terminals connected to the network, so even if that encrypted data is changed for a fraudulent purpose or the like on one terminal among the multiple terminals, that changed encrypted data will be rejected if it does not match a value obtained from the other terminals among the multiple terminals, so the information sharing according to the present invention is able to ensure high security.
