Abstract:
An information storage device (5) for enhancing the convenience of the user for connection to a terminal of the server and setting of the charge method, comprising information storage means where information supplied to a communication terminal (1) of the user is stored, wherein the information includes information for connection of the communication terminal (1) to server terminals (2, 3) for controlling the communication service provided by a service provider and managing the charge through a communication network (4) and ID information managed by the server terminals, and the ID information corresponds to non-charge limit display information representing the limit of the reception of the free communication service provided by the service provider about the data communicated between the communication terminal (1) and the server terminal.
