Abstract:
The present invention presents an optimal information system according to desired user construction conditions and the priority levels thereof. The present invention is equipped with: a system model selection means for selecting a system model, which satisfies the construction conditions, from a system model information DB, when construction conditions and priority levels are inputted; an operation information acquisition means for acquiring operation information from an operation information DB, on the basis of the selected system model group; a parameter calculation means for calculating evaluation parameters using operation information parameters; a performance evaluation means for evaluating the performance of the selected system model using the evaluation parameters; a sizing factor determination means for comparing the evaluation results and the inputted construction conditions, and determining the sizing factor of the selected system model in a manner such that the performance of the evaluated system model corresponds to the required priority level; and a construction candidate presentation means for presenting, as a candidate, an information system capable of being constructed, by using the system model after the sizing factor determination.
