Abstract:
This information system is configured from: a plurality of bases, each having a local file server and a client; and a data center provided with a center file server. After a user uses the client in a base to access a file in the local file server and then movement to a different base is initiated, the local file server preferentially replicates, on the center file server, the file used by the user having the shortest predicted arrival time at the different base based on user position information. Each base downloads the file used by the user having the shortest predicted arrival time at the base itself on the basis of the user position information.
