Abstract:
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information transmission method and apparatus, relating to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: querying, according to a first QoS flow identifier of data to be transmitted, a corresponding second QoS flow identifier and length from configuration information, the configuration information comprising a configuration list corresponding to a data bearer, and the configuration list being used to store a correspondence among the first QoS flow identifier, the second QoS flow identifier, and the length of the second QoS flow identifier; and when the second QoS flow identifier and length are queried, adding the second QoS flow identifier of the length to a header of the data. Because the length of the second QoS flow identifier is smaller than the length of the first QoS flow identifier, overhead can be saved; and because the length of the second QoS flow identifier is also indicated, the flexibility of information configuration and transmission is increased.
