The present invention provides an information transmission method and apparatus for a grant-free uplink link. The method executed by a user terminal comprises: sending access information of a user terminal; receiving response information of a base station for the access information, the response information comprising acknowledgment information of the base station for the access information; and when the response information for the access information is received, sending service information, the service information comprising data information.
