Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an information transmission method and apparatus, and a related device. The method comprises: an access network device sending a paging message, wherein the paging message comprises resource indication information of a user equipment, and the resource indication information is used for indicating uplink transmission resources for the user equipment; and then receiving information sent by the user equipment on the uplink transmission resources. It can be seen that an access network device can indicate corresponding uplink transmission resources to a user equipment by carrying resource indication information for the user equipment in a paging message, such that the user equipment can perform information transmission on the corresponding uplink transmission resources, so that the probability of resource conflicts between user equipments can be reduced.
