Abstract:
Disclosed are an information transmission method, a base station, a terminal, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: a base station sending a first message, wherein the first message comprises at least one of the following: at least one set of channel quality threshold values, with each set of channel quality threshold values comprising at least one channel quality threshold value; and a deviation value relative to a channel quality threshold value, with the channel quality threshold value being set according to at least one of the following types of channel quality: a reference signal received power, reference signal received quality, a downlink signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio, a downlink signal-to-noise ratio, an uplink signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio, an uplink signal-to-noise ratio, a downlink path loss and an uplink path loss.
