Abstract:
Provided are an information transmission method and a communication device. In this information transmission method, the indication information received by the terminal apparatus can be used to indicate that the modulation mode of the uplink transmission is amplitude phase shift keying APSK or non-uniform constellation, further, the terminal apparatus may determine the phase tracking reference signal PTRS scaling factor based on the indication information. Therefore, when the modulation mode of the uplink transmission is APSK or non-uniform constellation, the terminal apparatus can use the PTRS scaling factor to determine the power for sending the PTRS so as to send the PTRS. Because APSK or non-uniform constellation has better phase noise resistance compared to the modulation mode of QAM, by determining the PTRS scaling factor corresponding to the APSK or non-uniform constellation based on the indication information, the PTRS can be mapped to the outermost periphery of the APSK or non-uniform constellation, the transmission power of the reference signal can be increased, and the phase noise compensation accuracy of the receiving end can also be improved.
