Abstract:
Provided are an information transmission method, a lightweight processing method and a related communication apparatus, which are applicable to the field of communications. Policy information is determined according to uplink channel state information, and a lightweight method and a lightweight policy configuration which are determined by means of the policy information conform to an uplink transmission capability, and therefore, the loss of model precision is reduced, and the transmission efficiency is improved. The method comprises: a network device receiving a first notification message sent by a terminal device, wherein the first notification message is used for indicating that the terminal device has completed the training of a target model, and the first notification message comprises a model name corresponding to the target model; then, determining policy information according to uplink channel state information of the terminal device, wherein the policy information is used by the terminal device to determine a lightweight method and a lightweight policy configuration; and furthermore, the network device sending a lightweight indication message to the terminal device, wherein the lightweight indication message comprises the model name corresponding to the target model, and the policy information.
