Abstract:
Disclosed are an information transmission method, a terminal, and a network device. The information transmission method comprises: when the state of a configured target object is a first state, a terminal determining whether there is a trigger condition for information transmission; if there is a trigger condition for information transmission, then transmitting information corresponding to the trigger condition to a network device; and receiving response information fed back by the network device; the trigger condition comprises: monitoring a PDCCH instructing the terminal to implement uplink transmission on the target object or a beam failure of the beam of the configured target object; and the target object comprises: one of an auxiliary cell or a bandwidth part.
