Abstract:
An information transmitting and receiving method and apparatus, used for improving the time-frequency domain diversity gain of code block mapping. An information transmitting method comprises: acquiring M pieces of code block information corresponding to a code word to be transmitted, M being a positive integer; processing each of the M pieces of code block information as follows to obtain N-layer output bit information: acquiring a layer number K corresponding to the code block information, and acquiring the number of bits outputted by the code block information upon rate matching; acquiring K-layer output bit information of the code block information according to the number of layers corresponding to the code block information and the number of bits outputted by the code block information upon rate matching, wherein N is an integer greater than one; and transmitting the N-layer output bit information upon modulation.
