Abstract:
An infrared gas burner with windproof function consists of a nozzle (1), an ejector (2), a gas-air mixing cavity (3), an infrared radiation plate (4) and a burner mounting plate (5). A windproof plate (8) is arranged on the front end of the burner. A flow distribution plate (7) is mounted in the gas-air mixing cavity (3) of the burner. Air inlet holes (9) are provided at the outer peripheral side of the infrared radiation plate (4). Air discharge holes (10) are arranged on an outer shell (6). The surface area ratio among the air inlet holes (9), air discharge holes (10) and infrared radiation plate (4) is 1: (2.5-5): (14-20). The structure enables gas-air mixture overflow from the infrared radiation plate (4) to collide with external air to form a certain pressure balance, thereby obtaining stable combustion and an excellent windproofing effect. The infrared gas burner has the advantages of high wind resistance, excellent windproofing, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, reliable working performance and wide application range, and is suitable for a plurality of products such as gas stoves, gas heaters and gas barbecue stoves.
