Title:
INFRARED SENSOR AND RADIATION PYROMETER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2000/022391
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An infrared sensor capable of easing limitation on a mounting position even when used on a small-sized electronic apparatus, wherein a tapering unit having a diameter smaller at the infrared ray receiving window side of a package than at the system side is provided on the side surface of the package. A radiation pyrometer capable of improving a measurement accuracy and shortening a measurement time with fewer parts and at lower cost, comprising the above infrared sensor, a sensor heating block having a hollow unit matching the tapering unit of the infrared sensor, a heating device for heating the sensor heating block and a slide mechanism for allowing the infrared sensor to slide with respect to the sensor heating block.
