Abstract:
Provided are: an infrared temperature sensor that can provide a countermeasure against variation in output, that is resistant to disturbance, and that is capable of precisely measuring the temperature of a detection object; and a production method therefor. This infrared temperature sensor 10 for detecting the temperature of a detection object 2 in a non-contact manner is provided with: a sensor case 20 which has formed therein a light-guiding region 201 and a light-shielding region 202; a film 40 which absorbs infrared and converts the infrared into heat; a sensor cover 30; an infrared detection element 41; and a temperature compensation element 42. The sensor case 20 is provided with: a case base part 21; and a hood 22 which is erected from the case base part 21 so as to enclose the light-guiding region 201 and the light-shielded region 202. The hood 22 has: an opening 201A; and a shielding part 23 which projects inward of the hood 22 so as to define the opening 201A and the light-guiding region 201, and which blocks infrared with respect to the light-shielded region 202. The direction in which the shielding part 23 projects inward of the hood 22 is adjustable.
