Abstract:
An infrared thermal imaging defect inspection method and apparatus for a substation insulator. The apparatus comprises: an infrared module and a core computing module, wherein the infrared module is bidirectionally connected to the core computing module, and the infrared module is further unidirectionally connected to a high-rate battery; the core computing module is unidirectionally connected to a touch-control screen; and the infrared module is used for acquiring infrared radiation information by means of a lens, and performing computation to generate a temperature distribution video. The method comprises: collecting an infrared video, performing segmentation to obtain a hot zone, determining a device type, extracting key temperature information, performing defect diagnosis, displaying a result, and saving the result. The method solves the technical problems of defect determination and classification backup methods in the prior art having high repetitions, requiring a lot of manpower, having high requirements for the professionalism and work experience of inspectors for a defect type having a small heating temperature difference, having certain subjectivity in respect of a diagnosis result, having relatively poor real-time performance of diagnostic analysis, etc.
