Title:
INHALATION DEVICE AND METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR OPERATING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/138751
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an inhalation device that makes it possible to easily manage the remaining amounts of elements required for inhalation of an aerosol or a flavored aerosol. The inhalation device 100B comprises: a first element 126 and a second element 104 that contribute to the generation of an aerosol or a flavored aerosol; a notification unit 108 configured so as to notify the person inhaling the aerosol; and a control unit 106 that, when a detected or estimated first capacity regarding the first element 126 is less than a first threshold value and a detected or estimated second capacity regarding the second element 104 is equal to or greater than a second threshold value, causes the notification unit 108 to function in a first mode and, when the first capacity is less than the first threshold value and the second capacity is less than the second threshold value, causes the notification unit 108 to function in a second mode differing from the first mode. The frequency with which work is performed for returning to a state in which the first element 126 has the capacity required for continuous generation of the aerosol is higher than the frequency with which said work is performed for the second element 104.
