Abstract:
The present invention relates to a function of 3-(4-chlorophenyl)benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole-6-carboxylic acid for regulating MCH signal transduction, and contains, as an active ingredient, 3-(4-chlorophenyl)benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole-6-carboxylic acid or a salt thereof, thereby being useful in the treatment or prevention of various diseases, such as diabetes, depression, and anxiety, which are associated with the regulation of MCH signal transduction.
