Abstract:
An initial-stage and final-stage tester and testing method for LED lamps. The tester comprises an illuminance housing (1), a lamp frame (2), a barcode scanner (3), an illuminometer, a safety tester (5), an AC power supply (6), and a computer (7). The illuminance housing (1) is provided with a dark housing. A light exit hole (121) is provided on the dark housing. The barcode scanner (3) is connected onto the computer (7). The illuminometer is mounted on the dark housing and connected with the computer (7). The safety tester (5) is connected with the computer (7). The safety tester (5) is also connected with the AC power supply (6). The testing method comprises a method for utilizing the barcode scanner (3), the illuminometer, and the safety tester (5) to test the LED lamps and to acquire a set of parameters. The tester and the testing method allow increased precision in testing the color temperature and illuminance of the LED lamps and allow acquisition of testing parameters corresponding to the LED lamps.
