Abstract:
Disclosed is an injectable hydrogel material, which is generated in-situ from component A and component B by means of isovolumetric injection by using dual-linking injection technology; and component A is carboxymethyl chitosan, and component B is prepared by means of a reaction of a double hydroformylation polysaccharide with an auxiliary cross-linking agent and a formylation contrast agent. The injectable hydrogel material is used in the technical field of a medical polymer material, which solves the problem of existing injectable hydrogel being slow to condense, being low strength, and having poor biocompatibility and biodegradability, which is not conducive to the fixed-point formation and long-term exercise tolerance of the hydrogel after injection. With the obtained injectable hydrogel material, the exercise tolerance is good, the requirements for biocompatibility and biodegradability are met, the functions of multi-modal development and controllable degradation are further achieved, the effect of integrating multiple functions, such as protection, tracing and customized treatment, is achieved, and same has wide application prospects in the field of integration of diagnosis and treatment.
