Abstract:
The invention relates to an injection device with an injection nozzle (12), a pressure amplifier (16), for amplifying a primary pressure, a valve arrangement (18, 20), for operating the pressure amplifier (16) and an actuator (22) for operating the valve arrangement (18, 20), whereby the valve arrangement comprises at least one first 2/2-valve (18) and a second 2/2 valve (20) which may be operated by the actuator (22). The invention further relates to a method for the injection of fluid, in which an actuator (22) is activated, a valve arrangement is operated by the actuator (22), a pressure amplifier (16), for amplifying a primary pressure, is operated by the valve arrangement (18, 20) and an injection nozzle (12) is opened, whereby a first 2/2 valve (18) and a second 2/2 valve (20), in the valve arrangement, are operated by the actuator (22).
