Title:
INJECTION DEVICE PROVIDED WITH FLOW PATH SWITCHING BLOCK
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/145680
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an injection device provided with a flow path switching mechanism that is simple and low in cost. [Solution] An injection device (1) is constituted by a plasticization device (2) that melts resin, first and second plunger-type injection devices (4, 5) that measure and inject the resin, an injection part (8), and a flow path switching block (7) that connects these components to each other. The flow path switching block (7) has first to fourth connection flow paths (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d) and a flow path switching valve (21). The plasticization device (2), the first plunger-type injection device (4), the injection part (8), and the second plunger-type injection device (5) are connected to the first to fourth connection flow paths (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d), respectively. When the flow path switching valve (21) is switched to a first position, the first and second connection flow paths (23a, 23b) communicate with each other and the third and fourth connection flow paths (23c, 23d) communicate with each other. When the flow path switching valve (21) is switched to a second position, the first and fourth connection flow paths (23a, 23d) communicate with each other and the second and third connection flow paths (23b, 23c) communicate with each other.
