Abstract:

In the present invention, an injection formed body comprises a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition formed by combining a fiber shaped fill material with thermoplastic resin so that the weight average fiber length in the injection formed body is 300μm or greater, and the injection formed body has a skin layer, a core layer and a skin layer in sequence in the thickness direction. The injection formed body and a fabrication method for the same are characterized in that the thickness of the core layer, in which the primary orientation direction of the fiber shaped fill material is 40° or less when the direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the resin material while the injection body is being formed is set at 0°, comprises 20% or less of the thickness of the injection formed body. The anisotropy of the strength within the formed product is low, making it possible to obtain a formed product with extremely low warping.
