Abstract:
INJECTION GROUTING MACHINE (Figure-1) is a multi purpose goruting machine that invented by keeping in mind the problems of such machine consisting of a compressor machine having a motor, a compressor meter, an air filter machine/silencer, a compressor cut-out, a compressor adjusting device, connect to a chemical tank having a PSI meter, a pressure adjusting chemical device, an epoxy adopter and a cement adopter by a tube. It is easy to clean and portable. It has a material capacity of 10 Litre. It does work for cement, epoxy, poly-grout etc. The user has no need to add extra resources to do for cement, epoxy and poly-grout.

Claims:
I claim,

1. An electric injection grouting machine suitable for cement, epoxy and poly-grout consists an air compressor machine(0l7) and a chemical tank(003) interconnected using a tube(0l5) wherein the compressor machine(0l7) further consists an air compressor tank (001) having a compressor meter(004), a compressor cut-out(008), and a compressor pressure adjusting device(007) fixed on it and a motor(002) to supply air which is connected to an air-filter machine/silencer(006); and the chemical tank(003) having a chemical dropping vent(0l4), a PSI meter(005), a pressure adjusting device for chemical (009), an epoxy adopter (0l0)and/or a cement adopter(0l 1) and a chemical relieving adjuster(0l2).

2. The injection grouting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the air compressor tank (001) which is in cylindrical shape having air capacity of 70 litres and power capacity of l.5Pound to load air in compressed form to maintain air pressure and release air while grouting to deliver a consistent, good quality work.

3. The injection grouting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the air-filter machine (006) is connected to the compressor tank (001) to supply in the filtered air by the help of the motor (002) in order to get good quality work and increased life of machine.

4. The injection grouting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the chemical tank (003) having a pressure adjusting device for chemical (009), and a chemical relieving adjuster(0l2) to support the controlled supply of the grout.

5. The injection grouting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the grouting machine has a cement adopter (011) for the injection of cement grout.

6. The injection grouting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the grouting machine has an epoxy adopter (010) for the injection of epoxy as well as poly-grout.

INJECTION GROUTING MACHINE

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to in general a mechanical instrument for mixing and grouting and in particular electric cement and epoxy injection grouting machine which maintains pressure to fill grout properly and designed to avoid blockage of raw material inside the machine for a perfect quality performance.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Construction of the building is a tedious or tiresome job which needs high precision to keep it strong. Apart from that, the aesthetic beauty/purposes also have equal importance. Several types of equipment and instrument are available in the market not only to lessen the workload but also to do it with accurate perfection. But, at least some machinery have a problem in working of the machine or making the work more tiresome. One example of such a machine is a grout machine. Grout is a mixture of some materials generally includes water, cement and sand usually use for grout in the household filling in between tiles or filling columns. Several equipments or machieries are availbale to do the work. But it is useful for one purpose or to do one job only, that means if the machine is only for grout it can be used only for grout and not for epoxy or polyblend grout. So it is essential to invent a machine or modify the existing one for a multipurpose one, that means a machine which can be used for cement, epoxy and poly-grout with no extra resources added. The other major problem related to this type of machine is the junk formation inside the machine. Raw Material may stops in the machine due to which junk may form inside the machine. Due to the formation of junk the machine may get stuck in and the life of machine reduces very fast. 'It is necessary to keep in mind these problems before inventing a suitable machine. For smooth working of the machine and for the quality of the work, maintaining the apt pressure in the machine is also important. Hand/other machine does not maintain proper pressure due to which material does not fill properly into column, beam etc and it may affect the strength of the beam or column. Portability and ease of handling is the other major issue. Apart from that, cleaning the machine after use is also difficult. So the requirement of a machine which overcome all the issues stated above is essential and it led to the invention. The present invention is a perfect solution for the problems stated above as well as achieved several other objectives also.

PRIOR ART OF THE INVENTION

Different types of injection machine are available in the market. Cement injection grouting machine and epoxy injection grouting machine are two examples of grouting machines. But it has one or other problem which leads the work more tiresome and wearisome.

The existing machines have the following problems:

i) The machine is not suitable for different types of grout. It works only with one type of grout. The machine work for either cement or epoxy or poly-grout only. The machine works with the cement grout works with cement grout only and not for epoxy or poly-blend grout or any other materials. For doing each job/work there should be a separate machine is needed. The workers have to carry two or three machines to carry out the work completely. This affects the cost-cutting measurement and requires more time for maintenance. Managing too many machines is also a problem.

ii) Most of the machine get blockage inside while raw material stops in the machine which leads to junk formation. The junk struck in the machine and it affects its smooth running cause repetitions of the work. Furthermore, the life of the machine reduces very fast. Pipes and piston were blocked by the raw material due to that there is a threat of blasting in piston and pipes. Pipes and other parts used in the machine are of very low quality materials and it leads to damage very fast and high maintenance cost.

iii) Hand machine does not maintain proper pressure due to which material does not fill properly into column, beam etc and the strength of beam or columns may weak. It affects the aesthetic beauty of the work as well. For that, extra manual work to be done. It needs more time and money.

iv) Portability is not easy for the conventional machine. Managing too many types of machinery for each and every work is tedious and tiresome. It is not economically viable. Cleaning each and every machine is also difficult. OBJECTIVES

1. The first objective of the invention is to provide the machine not only to work with cement but also with epoxy and poly-grout.

2. The second objective of the invention is to provide a device to avoid the production of junk due to improper mixing of raw materials which leads to reduced life of the machine.

3. The third objective of the invention is to provide an automated machine to maintain proper pressure to fill grout properly into the column, beam etc to make it strong.

4. The fourth objective of the invention is to provide the portable and easy-to-handle, machine.

5. The fifth objective of the invention is to give a design so that the material will not be blocked inside due to the junk formation.

6. The fifth objective of the invention is to create the machine for multipurpose task and easy to clean.

SUMMARY

The present invention is a multi purpose injection grouting machine that invented by keeping in mind the problems stated above and is a perfect solution for all the problems as well as achieved several other objectives also. It is an injection grouting machine consisting of a compressor machine having a motor, a compressor meter, an air filter machine/silencer, a compressor cut-out, a compressor adjusting device, connect to a chemical tank having a PSI meter, a pressure adjusting chemical device, an epoxy adopter and a cement adopter by a tube. A compressor having a Power Capacity of 2.5 Pound is used. It has an air capacity of 70 Litre to load air and it helps to maintain the quality of the work. It weighs about 40 kg. A motor having a capacity of 2.5 hp with unique design and low maintenance cost is an important component of this machine. It also contains a cut-out to control pressure. A chemical tank is made of a hard and high-quality material to maintain a long life and strong. It is easy to clean and portable. It has a material capacity of 14 Litre. A compressor meter is a component to shows the pressure of machine. Power of the machine is automatically cut when power will reach at 160. The upper limit of Compressor meter is 160. PSI meter is a part shows a load of the compressor, the capacity of the machine is 300 (KG/CM 2 ). An air filter machine/silencer filters dust, cement and other material from the air and then passed to the machine, due to this air filter life of machine increase more. A compressor adjusting device is to adjust pressure of the compressor. A compressor cut-out is used to control compressor pressure and also to cut the pressure completely. A pressure adjusting chemical device is for adjusting pressure of the chemical tank. An epoxy adopter is used to drop Epoxy Poly Grout Chemical and a cement adopter is used to drop cement.

The present invention/ machine remove all the drawbacks mentioned in the prior art above. The machine has been designed that material will not block internally and so junk will not be produced. The cleaning of the machine is easy and the machine has been designed for the purpose of filling in column, Beam, Bridge and seepage area with one Machine but multipurpose Task.

The present invention does work for cement, epoxy, poly-grout, the user has no need to add extra resources to do for cement, epoxy and poly-grout. All types of works can be carried out after cleaning the machine. Single machine can be used for different types of material.

The present invention is an injection grouting machine suitable for different types of grout that invented by keeping in mind all the problems stated above and is a perfect solution for all the problems as well as achieved several other objectives also. It is an electric cement/epoxy/poly-grout injection grouting machine consisting of a compressor machine having a motor, a compressor meter, an air filter machine/silencer, a compressor cut-out, a compressor adjusting device, connect to a chemical tank having a PSI meter, a pressure adjusting chemical device, an epoxy adopter and a cement adopter by a tube.

It consists an air compressor machine(0l7) and a chemical tank(003) interconnected using a tube(0l5) wherein the compressor machine(0l7) further consists an air compressor tank (001) having a compressor meter(004), a compressor cut-out(008), and a compressor pressure adjusting device(007) fixed on it and a motor(002) to supply air which is connected to an air-filter machine/silencer(006); and the chemical tank(003) having a chemical dropping vent(0l4), a PSI meter(005), a pressure adjusting device for chemical (009), an epoxy adopter (0l0)and/or a cement adopter(Ol l) and a chemical relieving adjuster(0l2).

The air compressor tank (001) is a cylindrical tank having air capacity of 70 litres and power capacity of l.5Pound. Compressor machine (017) is used to load air in compressed form and helps to maintain air pressure as well while grouting for the purpose of good quality work. It weighs 30 kilogram, so the air compressor tank (001) is attached on wheels (013) which enable the free movement in and around. It helps to move the machine to the places where it to be. It is made by hard and high quality material to keep it strong and maintain a long life. The air compressor machine (017) has an air compressor meter (004) attached to it to measure and point out the pressure of the machine. It helps to maintain the pressure at its required level. A compressor cut-out (008) is also linked with the compressor meter (004). The compressor meter (004) sends signal to compressor cut-out (008) if the pressure reach the critical point of 120 bar. Power supplied to the machine will be automatically cut-off when the pressure reaches at 120. The upper limit of the compressor meter is 120. Compressor pressure adjuster (007) is also attached to the outlet of the compressor machine (017). It is used to adjust the pressure of injection grouting machine when the material is dropping into injection grouting machine as well as dropping out the grout while air passes to chemical tank (003). It also controls the dropping speed of material.

The motor (002) which placed above the air compressor cylinder is having a capacity of 1.5 Hp. It is used to fill air into the compressor. The unique design and low maintenance cost is the peculiarity of the motor. It also attached a cut-out option to control pressure. An air-filter (006) is an important feature of this injection grouting machine. This added feature is a part of compressor machine (017) which is attached to the motor (002) as well as compressor tank (001). It filters dust, cement and other particles from air and then passed to the compressor tank (001) through a tube (018). The increased life of machine is due to this air filter (006).

The chemical tank (003) having a chemical dropping vent(0l4), a PSI meter(005), a pressure adjusting device for chemical (009), an epoxy adopter (0l0)and/or a cement adopter(Ol l) and a chemical relieving adjuster(0l2) is another major part of the embodiment. The chemical tank (003) which is in a cylindrical shape, is to store chemical material for cement grouting or epoxy grouting, which is to be used for filling beam, column etc. It is made of by a hard high quality durable material to keep strong and durability. It store chemical material includes cement grout, epoxy grout or poly grout and supply them through cement adopter (011) or epoxy adopter (010). The capacity of this tank (003) is 10 litres. The chemical tank (003) which is in cylindrical shape always keep in vertical position so that the grouting material remains in bottom collectively however the small quantity will be. So it still works if the material is less than half litre. Complete utilisation of the raw material is possible through this machine. So there will be no wastage of grouting material. A chemical dropping vent (014) is provided to drop chemical into the tank at the top side. It should keep close while not in use. Further a chemical relieving adjuster (012) is also provided at the bottom side. It is used to control the flow of material from the tank (003) through the nozzle (016). The chemical tank (003) is connected to the compressor by a tube (015). The tube (015) helps to passes the air in a controlled pressure while grouting. The maintained pressure of the air helps the supply of the material consistently and supports the good quality of the work. The material will not block internally and junk will not be produced. So the supply of grouting material will be smooth. There is a pressure adjusting device (009) attached to the chemical tank (003) as well. It is used to control the pressure of chemical injection grouting. It is connected on the upper side of the chemical tank while it is in vertical position. The supply of material is through a pipe like epoxy adopter (010) or cement adopter (011). One end of this adopter is connected to the chemical tank using chemical relieving adjuster (012) and the other end is connected to a nozzle (016). The supply of the material to the tube can be adjusted by the chemical relieving adjuster (012) and the supply to the beam is controlled by this nozzle (016). These adopters are made using flexible and high quality polythene material which has a long durability and water as well as heat resistant and further does not affect due to weather or climatic change or varied temperature. There is a PSI meter (005) attached to this chemical tank (003). It is used to measure the PSI of injection grouting. That means it shows the load in PSI. The capacity of machine is 300Kg/Cm 2 .

The present invention has achieved all the objectives stated above and eliminated all the problems as well. It is a multi-tasking machine for all types of grouting. It is very easy to use as well as handling the machine which has a very low maintenance. The durability performance and productivity of the machine are very high. So the industrial capability of the machine is enormous.
