Abstract:
An injection gun, a burner, and a control method. The injection gun (10) comprises: a mixing cavity (132) for mixing fuel and gas, wherein a nozzle (134) is provided at one end of the mixing cavity (132), and is for injecting the fuel; a fuel chamber (102) communicating with the mixing cavity (132); a gas chamber (104), having one end communicating with the mixing cavity (132); a cylinder cavity (106) communicating with the other end of the gas chamber (104); a piston (120) and a pushing pin (122) connected to each other, wherein the piston (120) is provided in the cylinder cavity (106), and drives the pushing pin (122) to move so as to cause the fuel chamber (102) and the mixing cavity (132) to communicate with or be isolated from each other. Part of gas entering the gas chamber (104) enters the mixing cavity (132) from one end of the gas chamber, and the rest enters the cylinder cavity (106) from the other end of the gas chamber (104) to push the piston (120) to drive the pushing pin (122) to open a channel between the fuel chamber (102) and the mixing cavity (132). The technical solution prevents fuel from condensing due to low temperature, increases a success rate of ignition, and allows for easy maintenance and service.
