Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an injection molded impeller, wherein formation of burrs on surface ridges of blades can be prevented during injection molding, and manufacturing costs required for removing burrs from blades can be reduced. [Solution] This injection molded impeller (1) has: a central axis part (3); and a plurality of blades (5) molded equidistantly around the central axis part (3), and rotates around a center axis CL of the central axis part (3), whereby a fluid introduced between the blades (5, 5) neighboring each other in the direction along the center axis CL of the central axial part (3) is discharged toward the outside in the radial direction. The blades (5) each have: an uncorrected shape part (10) straightly extending along the radial direction from the central axis part (3); and an arc-shaped flow correction part (13) extending from the uncorrected shape part (10) up to the radial outer end. The blades (5) are formed in spiral shapes from one end (7) to the other end (8) along the center axis CL of the central axis part (3).
