Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an injection molding assistance device that is capable of assisting a determination of whether a condition during injection filling has an appropriate value, and/or is capable of presenting the optimum condition during injection filling. [Solution] The abovementioned problem is solved by an injection molding assistance device that is configured so as to have: a setting unit for setting resin material data, screw data, heating cylinder data, and other basic information and setting constraint information such as a constraint condition for obtaining an optimum condition; a computation unit for computing an estimated solid phase ratio of a resin material through use of a high-speed computation method using an optimum mathematical processing system on the basis of the basic information and the constraint information; and a display unit for displaying a decision index that corresponds to the value of the estimated solid phase ratio. The estimated solid phase ratio is the estimated solid phase ratio of the resin material at a screw distal end, and the estimated solid phase ratio may be displayed as a profile comprising two or more estimated solid phase ratio having at least a first estimated solid phase ratio of the resin material at the screw distal end and a second estimated solid phase ratio of the resin material other than at the screw distal end.
