Abstract:
Provided is an injection-molding device, wherein film cutting and injection molding are carried out in one step without fine adjustment of the stopper position, and the cross-sectional shape of the end of a member is not restricted to the shape of a cutting blade. A member is formed by injecting resin between a film (8) positioned on a cavity (1), which is a die having a recessed part, and a core (2), which is a die having a protruding part, which is inserted into the recessed part of the cavity (1). The cavity (1) has a cutting blade (7) for cutting the film (8) that is positioned so as to protrude with respect to the outer flat surface of the recessed part on the outer periphery of the recessed part, and the core (2) has, on the outer periphery of the protruding part, an edge (3) that forms the end surface of the member. When the core (2) is inserted into the cavity (1), the film (8) sandwiched between the cutting blade (7) and the edge (3) is cut.
