Abstract:
An injection molding method for manufacturing a transparent device, the method comprising: preparing a long-chain macromolecular material as a nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material; acquiring a glass transition temperature and a viscous flow transformation temperature of the nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material; acquiring a processing temperature of the nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material according to the glass transition temperature and the viscous flow transformation temperature; drying the nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material; plasticizing the dried nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material according to the processing temperature; performing filling using the plasticized nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material; cooling the nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material after filling; and demolding the cooled nano-scale microsphere macromolecular material to obtain a manufactured transparent device. The method enables manufactured devices to have the technical effects of high precision, zero optical orientation distortion, and zero strain birefringence.
