Title:
INJECTION MOLDING SHAFT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/105062
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an injection molding shaft with which shock caused by sudden fluctuations in torque can be absorbed by twisting deformation of the shaft main body when sudden fluctuations in torque occur. [Solution] In a shaft main body (2), one axial end of a core part (18), having a cross-shaped cross section perpendicular to the axis is connected to a helical gear (3) via a first connecting part (15), and the other axial end of the core part (18) is connected to a worm (4) via a second connecting part (16). Multiple first framework parts (21) are formed at equal intervals on the core part (18) along the axial direction, between the first connecting part (15) and the second connecting part (16). Second framework parts (22) extend obliquely across the first connecting part (15), the first framework parts (21), and the core part (18). Third framework parts (23) extend obliquely across pairs of adjacent first framework parts (21, 21) and the core part (18). Fourth framework parts (24) extend obliquely across the second connecting part (16), the first framework parts (21), and the core part (18).
