Abstract:
Disclosed is an injection mould, comprising: a first mould core (1), a second mould core (2), a third mould core (3), an insert (4) and an air discharge device, wherein the second mould core (2) is provided with an embedding channel (21), the third mould core (3) is provided with an air discharge channel (31), and the air discharge channel (31) and the embedding channel (21) are arranged correspondingly; the air discharge channel (31) is connected to the air discharge device; the insert (4) is embedded in the embedding channel (21), and a spacing for air to pass through is provided between the insert (4) and an inner wall of the embedding channel (21); when the first mould core (1), the second mould core (2) and the third mould core (3) are closed, a mould cavity is formed between the first mould core (1) and the second mould core (2); the embedding channel (21) communicates the mould cavity with the air discharge channel (31), and the insert (4) prevents molten plastic in the mould cavity from entering the air discharge channel (31); and the air discharge device vacuumizes the air discharge channel (31) to extract air out of the mould cavity.
