Abstract:
An injection moulding method for integrally forming a non-pneumatic tire. The method comprises the following steps: 1) putting prepared raw materials for manufacturing the non-pneumatic tire into a storage bin and mixing the materials uniformly; 2) pre-heating an injection moulding machine to 180-190℃; 3) increasing the pressure of the injection moulding machine to 50-60Pa; 4) adjusting a feeding rate to be 10-20 m/s; 5) adjusting a dwell time to be 2-3min; 6) injecting the raw materials for manufacturing the non-pneumatic tire in step 1) into the injection moulding machine and starting the injection moulding machine according to a preset mode; and 7) performing die closing, injection, hot melting, cooling, die opening in sequence to obtain the non-pneumatic tire. The method does not require processing for multiple times, achieves once forming, can be operated conveniently and has low cost; the obtained non-pneumatic tire has a uniform and reasonable structure and does not have an inner tube and an outer cover, thus eliminating the friction force and resistance between the inner tube and the outer cover, having good dynamic balance, being abrasion and rolling resistant, and being durable.
