Abstract:
Disclosed are an injection moulding method for a product (500) with an elastic connection sheet (100'), and a loudspeaker and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: providing a blank (100) for the elastic connection sheet (100'), wherein the blank (100) comprises at least one connection member (110, 110a, 110b) and a blank connection strip (120) for connecting at least one of the connection members (110, 110a, 110b), with each of the connection members (110, 110a, 110b) comprising an elastic arm part (111) and a conductor line part (112); positioning, by means of the blank connection strip (120), the blank (100), which acts as an insert, in a jet mould I; carrying out the injection moulding of a jet moulding rubber piece I (200) in a jet cavity I to obtain a jet product I (300); carrying out a bending treatment on the jet product I (300), which treatment involves bending the elastic arm part (111) of each of the connection members (110, 110a, 110b) towards the upper side of an outer surface of the jet moulding rubber piece I (200) so as to fold the elastic arm part (111) of each of the connection members (110, 110a, 110b) to be within a range encircled by a circular edge of the outer surface; putting the jet product I (300), which has undergone the bending treatment, in a jet cavity II of a jet mould II, and sealing the elastic arm part (111) by means of the cooperation of the circular edge and the jet mould II; and carrying out the injection moulding of a jet moulding rubber piece II (400) in the jet cavity II so as to obtain a product (500) with the elastic connection sheet (100'). Also disclosed is a loudspeaker, comprising a housing formed by using the above-mentioned injection moulding method. Further disclosed is an electronic apparatus, comprising the above-mentioned loudspeaker. The objective of arranging the elastic arm part of the elastic connection sheet in the middle position of the injection moulded product can be achieved by using the injection moulding method, thereby improving the flexibility of arranging the elastic connection sheet.
