Abstract:
The present invention provides an injection nozzle introduction device for a smelting furnace, the device comprising: a body coupled and arranged on one side of a smelting furnace to support an injection nozzle such that the same can slide in a horizontal state; a driving unit coupled and installed on the body to generate a rotating driving force; a push movement unit which is connected to the driving unit while being installed on the body, and which receives a rotating driving force transferred from the driving unit, converts the same into a straight movement, and then causes the injection nozzle to be pushed towards the interior of the smelting furnace; and a driving control unit for grasping a horizontal movement position resulting from the straight movement of the push movement unit and then controlling operation of the driving unit. Such an injection nozzle introduction device for a smelting furnace is configured such that the driving control unit controls the driving unit to operate at every predetermined time, and the push movement unit automatically introduces the injection nozzle into the smelting furnace periodically, thereby facilitating the process of introducing the injection nozzle and preventing danger of any accidents.
