Abstract:
Disclosed are an injection runner (41) and a CRN nozzle mould thereof, the injection runner (41) comprising a central injection point (410) and several gate slides (411,412) extending from the central injection point (410) to the periphery, wherein each of the terminal ends of the gate slides (411, 412) has the same travel as the central injection point (410), and wherein the gate slides (411,412) are centrally symmetrical about the central injection point (410). The injection runner (41) and the CRN nozzle mould thereof allow the same travel from the central injection point (410) to each mould hole (310) by the injection runner (41) being designed to be centrally symmetrical about the central injection point (410), ensuring that the quality of the product is the same during the injection moulding production process of CRN nozzles. At the same time, on an injection plate (3) are provided ejector pins for quickly cutting off the glue connection between the ends of the gate slides (411, 412) and a CRN nozzle model during mould opening, increasing the yield and efficiency being higher.
