Title:
INJECTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/149550
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing an injector that injects a biomolecule-containing solution into a subject to at least deliver a large proportion of the biomolecule capable of functioning in the subject. The problem is solved by an injector for injecting a biomolecule-containing solution and a predetermined gas into a subject without using an injection needle, the injector being provided with: a storage unit that stores the biomolecule-containing solution and the predetermined gas; a nozzle unit that is in communication with the storage unit and has an injection port for injecting the biomolecule-containing solution and the gas toward the subject; and a pressurization unit that, when actuated, injects the biomolecule-containing solution and the gas to the subject from the injection port by pressurizing the biomolecule-containing solution and the gas stored in the storage unit.
