Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] To provide an ink composition which has high reliability concerning clogging, etc. and combines light resistance with gas resistance and moisture resistance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The ink composition is characterized by comprising water, at least one member selected among compounds represented by the following general formula (1) and salts thereof, and at least one member selected among carboxylated aromatic compounds and salts thereof. General formula (1) [Chemical formula 7] (1) In the general formula (1), A represents a residue of a five-membered heterocyclic diazo ingredient A-NH₂; B¹ and B² each represents -CR¹= or -CR²=, or one of B¹ and B² represents nitrogen and the other represents -CR¹= or -CR²=; R⁵ and R⁶ each independently represents hydrogen, an aliphatic, aromatic, or heterocyclic group, etc.; and G, R¹, and R² each independently represents hydrogen, halogeno, an aliphatic, aromatic, or heterocyclic group, etc.
